About Me

  All together we have 115 years of experience with State Farm in this office.   That means we have great lasting relationships with our customers or as we like to call them friends. It has been hard during this trying time to have our doors locked as we really miss all of you.  We do not know when we will be unlocked but please be assured we can and will handle all your needs with auto insurance, homeowners insurance, renters insurance and life insurance by phone, emails or if you like the online stuff then online, which means 24/7 access via statefarm.com or the mobile app.    Unfortunately the Main Street bridge is getting completely, and I mean completely, replaced so it makes coming to our office difficult right now so just call and we will be glad to help!

Boy I can truly say I have been working for State Farm since I was able to talk.   Actually, this office was my father's, Jerred Shaffer, originally but before he was at this location it was in our home.   Consequently, if the phone rang whoever was closest would answer and take a message.    Since then I have worked in an office in Mesa, AZ, managed an office in Fountain Hills, AZ and now back home with licenses in both Property/Casualty and Life/Health.   It's been a great journey and I am proud to be a part of the State Farm family, yes Dad I put the customers first as you taught me,  and will continue to provide that family kind of service to our customers.
